David is amazing!!! While we have had well-trained dogs all our lives, having two new pups and a change in our lifestyle, we knew we needed an expert.
David went above and beyond - he prepared well in advance and still provides us with follow-up support. From the moment he first saw the pups (and us), he understood our characters and knew how to address each pup uniquely. He showed us what to do and then had us do the exercises.
Overall, David analyzed the specific situation and came to the rescue! For example, there is a visible difference before and after the training - such as the pups playing together and pulling excessively on the leash - now we can walk while holding the leashes with our fingers. He took the time to explain options for leashes, toys, etc. and the best value for money.
We also left the training with a few tricks that we can use to solve new issues. David gives specific solutions - there is no 'off the shelf' training - it is targeted training for those of us who need a concrete way forward.
Besides being an amazing trainer, David is kind, funny, knows his stuff, and is an open communicator. From a happy family - David is a star!
