I took our dog, who will be 12 and has a heart condition, in before 8 AM because they told me that would get him done earlier. When I called to check on status at 10:30, I was told they would probably be ready by noon. I stopped by at 12:15 and he had just been washed. When I went over at 4, he was still being worked on and would be 'another half hour.' This is even though I got up at 6 AM to make sure I got him in early, and also told them he had a heart condition and needed to get him back home early instead of all day. I will not be back, and I warn everyone to stay away!
