They towed my vehicle from a handicap parking spot with my placard in place stating management of my apartment complex made the call when they to this day still no nothing about my car being towed or why it was towed. All I was told was “illegally parked” took 2 weeks told “tags expired more than 30 days and your property management can have your car towed” first off they didn’t make the call second there is nothing in my lease that states “vehivle will be towed at the owners expense if vehicle is not kept current on license and registration” it only states they need to be in good running mechanical order and no vehicle repairs there are no signs posted about vehicles being towed at owners expense and nothing verbal at lease signing of vehicle towing owner expense but again to be binding it would need to be signed in the lease. Tell this to Capital Towing and they still stand by incorrect information (lies) and refuse to return my vehicle. Only giving 1 star because it’s making me do it but in reality they get nothing.
