Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Carstar Alpine Auto Body
I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at Carstar Alpine Auto Body. My car has been in their possession since December 15, and as of February 2nd, I am still without my vehicle. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication from the receptionist and Zach, who is supposedly in charge of fixing my car, has been appalling.
On Monday, January 29th, both the receptionist and Zach assured me that my car would be ready. However, here we are on Friday, February 2nd, and my car is still not available. This level of delay, misinformation, and unfulfilled promises is completely unacceptable. A wait of 50 days for a car repair is beyond reasonable, and the frustration I feel is immeasurable.
I strongly advise anyone considering Carstar Alpine Auto Body to stay away at all costs. The lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for customers' time is simply intolerable. The entire experience has left a sour taste, and I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this auto body shop. It's essential for consumers to be aware of the issues I've faced to make informed decisions about where to take their business.
