Dr. Faulkner & Dr. Brown each saw my dog, independently and then together when Brown joined this clinic. Each informed me that the lameness my dog was experiencing was permanent and treatable ONLY via anti-inflammatories & a nerve pain medicine forever - & we were informed that we were welcome to take him to the rehab center down the hall. Oh, and told that he was grossly overweight -as he had been unable to exercise properly for 8 MONTHS - due to these collective misdiagnoses - to which Faulkner suggested the only course of action would be an expensive, nutrient starved, prescription diet kibble purchasable only through her QR code embedded flier. After my dog’s THIRD set of x-rays between each of these doctors, he could not walk or rise from a laying position - this was 100 times worse than when we arrived. He cried when he stood up for a WEEK. I carried him everywhere for about 9 days. So, I sought a second opinion as I just wanted better for him and absolutely felt that this vet was incredibly judgmental, rude and had clearly further injured/exacerbated my dog’s injury while examining him. When I informed them of this injury, I was told, oh no, that’s sad, let us know if it worsens over the next few days. NO follow-up calls/texts and NO apology. Disgraceful. Within 2 WEEKS of seeing my second opinion veterinarian - TWO WEEKS & two doggie chiropractic adjustments - he jogs again. Within THEEE(3) weeks, he runs - one month later, he has lost 5 pounds - NO starvation diet, NO surgery, no expensive water therapy, NO permanent prescriptions. Just adjustments, how regular high quality nutrient dense food & good ‘ol Fashioned backyard exercise. Bottom line - if you do or have experience malpractice here, as I have - and call share it with them, seeking a refund of the hundreds of dollars they charged you to injure your dog - they will refuse to do so. Ignore your reports of abuse/mishandling and Dr. Faulkner, as part owner in this clinic, will choose money over the animal and good community relationships EVERY time. Highly advise AGAINST taking your pet anywhere near this clinic. In fact, given my experience, they most likely need to be reviewed by proper authorities to protect future animals from misdiagnosis and abusive treatment while not in the room with their owners. Steer clear.
