This is the most horrible service I have ever had from a vehicle shop. I had a spare tire put on the right rear 2 days ago and got the van yesterday, and checking the back compartment this older spare tire from the right rear before, almost fell on my feet, opening the rear door. somebody from christian brothers just threw the tire on top of my TOOLBOX and jack, in the back, did not care to put in the older tire how they found the spare one in my back compartment. when i noticed the tpms sign didnt go away this afternoon (it was there when i left christian brosthers yesterday) i checked the newer tire, now in the right rear is visually soft and pressure only 18 PSI. Plus the glove compartment supposed to be fixed can be opened now but would just drop suddenly maybe a missing a spring? the mechanics at your shop didnt bother to fix the glove compartment or at least notify us. If i pay whatever you charge at christian brothers automotive i deserve to be treated with respect and not like trash. We could have had a burst tire from the under inflated newly attached spare tire and wheel when we went to work early am today doing 70 mph in the hov lane; we could have been in an accident. I will certainly report all this matter to the better business bureau most iMPORTANTLY from your shop's (christian brother's) negligence in not checking the spare wheel and tire placed on the rear right to make sure its well inflated and safe to use before giving the vehicle to us.
