My name is Donna Schmidt and I am writing to bring attention to one of the online profiles of an agent employed at Citadel in Toronto - Amanda Swartz - #License#M23005267
My mother in law passed away at the end of November and my husband and I have decided that using the money to invest in properties is financially wise. We have been looking at different brokers and my husband’s friend suggested Citadel.
I began researching and found the online profile of this agent - she seemed to look friendly, lovely smile - so I immediately clicked on her Facebook profile as I do with all professionals and persons who I hire. Clearly, Citadel has not done the same.
Despite the fact that she advertises and links citadel in her Facebook - her Facebook is anything but professional. In fact, I believe my husband hit the nail on the head when he said it looked like a “ cheap only fans page”.
She has countless photos and videos in various states of undress, with her breasts and body parts exposed - she has posts with vulgar language, immature content , and has clearly posted some sort of text message conversation about a break up. To say that her profile is unprofessional is an understatement - it is shocking.
It speaks to the professionalism of this company as a whole and I urge others to research their mortgage agents before doing business with them.

Citadel Mortgages doesn’t pay there agents as they portray. I worked for them for 4 months and did 2 mortgages. Never got paid for either. I would not recommend anyone to this company. The principal Broker Tristen KirK is a thief and a self absorbed idiot. I prepaid my yearly fees and he stole that from me as well.
