Demand cancellation policy in advance. I tried to cancel and got hard sales pressure. Awful experience. Dug deeper into their BBB profile and reddit boards. Several cautionary tells hidden there. File a dispute with credit card company and they send a warning email similar to collection agency accusing you the unhappy customer of friendly fraud. Had to google it. Any attempts to work it out directly with company may be used against you
