Coral Kids Dentistry and Braces

Our first visit to Coral Kids (referral from Smile Dental Centre) was on Nov 07th 2022. Instead of 1 regular cavity treatment. On Jan 12th 2023, my little girl had 7 crowns to better suit "Dr Rullo bank account"...
On the first visit, Dr Rullo never spoke about crowns but instead insisted on the frenectomy... At Birth, tongue tie was ruled out by her pediatrician. Seeing how much Dr Rullo kept insisting on it.. I asked about it Five (5) specialists (2 Best ENT in Ontario, 2 pediatricians and 1 orthodontist), ALL of them said. "NO" to it and explained (her tongue is perfect, flexible. Absolutely NO, she does not need frenectomy). One of the ENT even asked me (Did a "dentist" recommend this). and added (Never trust a dentist about frenectomy. They are doing it unfortunately for more CASH). I called the office and asked them to take "the frenectomy out off my child's file". They did not...
On January 12th, Dr Rullo talked about the crowns and said (she absolutely need them and they will go only on the back teeth). In papers, he recommended ONLY two because of X-rays showing 2 cavities... On the day of the surgery, while my little girl was under anesthesia, he said he needed to add 2 more and insisted (they are absolutely needed to prevent future infection). She never had an infection and we were not there to treat an infection but a regular cavity treatment... I told him (Ok only if they go on the back teeth where they cannot be seen when she smiles). At the end of the procedure, he kept insisting on the frenectomy again. He even ordered his nurse to refer me to a pediatrician from his hometown "London" and told me "Do not forget to tell him this referral is from me, Dr Rullo".
For weeks I was preparing my child psychologically and telling her, she would go there and come out with a "Nice sparkling smile like a princess". She was in immense distress when she saw herself in the mirror... She started screaming, crying, and saying (I look like Shrek now... I want my teeth back... take those things out...). She tried to pull them out so many times...She would not go out, she refused to go to school for days... the Whole month was a nightmare... she went out only with a mask on... she got bullied by other kids and even some adults. I feel like a bad mother because I got fooled by this butcher... He did not have my consent and for the next 5-6 years I have to live with this guilt and my kid has to live under stress...
One of the nurses confirmed that "Most of their clients are Arabs, New immigrants... under Healthy Smile Insurance... Dr Rullo lack of empathy and his endless greed is turning the kids under "Healthy Smile Insurance" into "Cash machine".
Dr. Rullo is a real sociopath... He called me on January 13th (1 day after the surgery) just after I sent a complaint. He insisted my little girl had no other option and needed all these crowns for her "best interest". He added he would go with such a solution with his own kids... He also insisted that "the frenectomy" is a "MUST for her best interest". He kept saying (the crowns are just temporary and they will fell off?). How can you call crowns temporary when there is no solution to it. My little girl is just 5 years old and she will have to live with them for the next 5-6 years. That's whole childhood under stress and bullying from other kids and even adults...

New immigrants, Single fathers, Single mothers... Do NOT TRUST this Butcher. If your kid is under (Healthy Smile Insurance) please give your kid a chance for a healthy smile by at least having 2nd opinions from other dentists and specialists. Do not get fooled by the nice-looking office and sweet talk of the nurses... Do not allow this sociopath to destroy your kid's self-esteem and confidence...
