This is the best gym in Hamilton. It suits all ages and abilities. I am a senior and I attend weekly training sessions with my Club. I have also bought a Senior membership at a very reasonable monthly cost. This allows me to visit the gym at any time I please and use my favourite pieces of equipment such as the state of the art Rowing Machines. If I have a question I can easily approach any of the coaches and get an answer. I can also book a session for extra coaching or physiotherapy any time I choose. Everyone is very friendly at Cornell's and they strive to be a good community member. It just doesn't get better than that.
