FOLKS BEWARE!
I highly advise using a different HVAC company for any home or transaction. This company was extremely unprofessional and slimy In the way they handled business.
1. This company operates through a call system. You can not get with your technician or anyone involved with your service directly. Very poor at getting back to you properly and timely as we went almost 48 hours scheduling a service, the service attempting to be completed, and then receiving the invoice/report.
2. They give you a 2 hour time gap on their arrival from 10am-noon and finally arrive at 2pm. Not the biggest deal but still inconvenient.
3. The technician was instructed to do an hvac inspection to determine how properly the unit is working. The technician went out of his way to do certain repairs that again were not authorized. The technician was asked afterwards why he did the repairs and was warned we did not authorize and wouldn’t be paying for those services.
4. We go another day without any report or invoice. I, the agent then get a call saying the cost would be over 5x the cost we were prepared for the hvac service inspection. I repeated to him what had been discussed the entire service that we were only paying for the inspection service we ordered. The worker handling our business, Alfred Fulton, then told me it would be the normal price of the inspection at 5x less than what he tried to charge. He proceeded to call my client right after and then told him it would be now 3x the cost we were prepared for.
5. I then call Alfred right back and of course am confused because we just had a chat about pricing and it jumps up again as soon as he talks to my client. When I asked questions and had concern I was then told to shut up and was hung up on.
6. We will not be using this company as we cancelled all services.
