Terrible. I left a review on Google reviews (Brooke Jones) and they responded stated they have no idea who I am nor have ever done business with me. But yet I’m one of their tenants? This business is terrible and will leave you hanging. I have been in my rental home since May 2023, but they replied to my review stating they don’t know who I am, and I have been waiting for responses for weeks/months. I have had THREE people “manage” my account since moving into my rental home. First Santiago, then Sergio, and now an Emilio. Each time I reach out complaining that I haven’t heard back from anyone, I all of a sudden have a new person “managing” my account. I have never spoke to Will, so idk where these reviews are coming from people stating they have spoke to him. These reviews clearly look like they are AI written, or something. My honest REAL review gets replied to and then they act like they don’t even know who I am. Then please send ALL my rent money back, and the $55 extra a month I pay for if you don’t seem to know who I am. I had to resort leaving another review here because seems like I can’t leave anymore on Google (did they block a real tenant who left an honest review?)

I moved into this house with bugs everywhere, drains clogged with so much hair, and the water in my house isn’t even set up right. If you want hot water, then the cold on. If you want cold water, then the hot on. Meaning zero water pressure when you want to take a warm shower. All of these things I have requested maintenance for and have hardly heard a peep back. I have three months left on my lease if that says anything
