I have reviewed daycare and boarding but just recently used their grooming. And I like it! Groomer is great in answering questions or concerns. Rachel addresses concerns or findings during grooming. I even received a call about a skin condition she discovered. The grooming side of Crossroads Pet Resort and Rachel is also a great asset to this business.
