I wish there was a rating below 1 star. My son and friends rented a house while in college and each bedroom was rented as an apartment for an astronomical amount of money (the house is a complete slum in total disrepair). There was no communication, no maintenance, when any rent was late there were evection notices duct taped to the doors (very professional) but due to the lack of communication there was no way of addressing late payments or alternate payment methods if debit cards were lost or hacked. My advice, steer clear of these slum lords at all costs!!
