These guys are ripoff artists. Charged me $421.00 for a broken lock they never fixed.

I needed back into my house. I was locked out. I am handicapped and I cannot walk. It took about 45 minutes to get to me than another hour or better to get my door open.
I was charged a horrible price. $329.00
A 61 year old handicapped women living on a fixed income that really hurt the finances. Ok service. If you can afford them then call them.
I was told over the phone it would be $45-$75
I feel RIPPED OFF.

On September 2, 2024, my realtor had them over while I am not in town to open a condo storage unit and the they charged $389 dollars for a less than 5 min job. The invoice was sent to me through a email and it stated payment was due 9/9/2024. However the technician demanded payment right away and within five to ten minutes, he started yelling and screaming to my realtor that I haven't been able to pay him and he was not leaving. As I was entering my credit card info to pay for the invoice upon receiving the text from my realtor, the person called me on my cell phone yelling over and over that I didn't pay him and he wasn't gonna leaving, with me trying to tell him at least three different times that I am working on it, before I had to hang up due to his intimidation and aggressive behavior. He subsequently called me again on my cell phone to harass me. I have never dealt with anyone this unprofessional before. This was a complete rip off and a extremely unpleasant experience. I have also filed complaint on better business bureau. Please avoid this company.
