I do not recommend them. They are super nice when trying to sell you a unit. Some of the techs they send out have bad attitudes. I purchased a 10k + trane from them and a 10 year warranty. I also had a maintenance agreement. They came to service it, left a screw loose and wind was blowing out the side. I called them and told them about the wind. The tech had to come back out, he was very angry and said, " that's normal, that's what it's supposed to do." He did tighten the screw and that reduced the wind noise. A week later, they canceled my contract. Now, I was left with finding someone to take over the warranty. I wasn't told that if they cancel you, you have to find someone to take over the warranty. Be careful with this company.
