I have been a professional sales person for over 40 years. Many years ago I meet Cesar Arazian. I had the pleasure to watch and work with him work. The man is a force. I had not seen that type of dedication and work ethic in quite some time. I would say for sure one of the top producers I had ever met. Just a few weeks ago my wife and I had discussed retiring and moving North. Meaning we were going to have to sell our home. Well I contacted Cesar. In less then 10 days from the day I first reached out to him, he not only sold our house for more then I asked for but got what I needed to make the whole picture of retiring and moving a reality. Oh one last thing. We have a cat cam in our home. Well after about 17 showings in 5 days and all the different agents that showed the home to clients there were only 2 that actually talked features and benefits to their clients. Yes He was one of them. If your looking to sell a home or buy one this gentleman is the man to seek out!!! I had almost every one ask me. Your moving. I would say well I will see. I don't think he can get me where I needed to be. The laugh was one me!! Thank You Cesar!
