Takes our monthly and yearly fees and do nothing or very little as possible.. maintenance free homeownership is a flat out lie.. they tell you at purchase that you are responsible for the drywall in and the HOA is responsible from drywall out.. all they do is cut my grass and shovel snow.. they don’t deliver on what they promised.. should be a politician not a HOA ..
