Diamond Exterminators is the WORST company in the state of Virgina to even work for the Owner "Conner" will literally scream in the face of all his employees if something doesn't go his way. he acts like a 5 yr old. The company does half ass jobs if some of the equipment is broken, they will tell you just to say you did the job but not actually do the work and still will CHARGE the customer when the JOB ISNT EVEN COMPLETED. If they help you out in anyway shape or form they will hold it over your head for the entire time you work at this company, they don't pay any money at all they promise you all kinds of money in the interview but when it actually comes to it you only get like 10% of the jobs you sell which is only like 10$ of any of the services they have. You are forced to write proposals if not they threaten to fire you for it.
