My rim cracked causing the tire to lose all of its air and I had to leave my car in a mall parking lot. Since I was on my way to work, my wife was the poor soul who had to take care of getting roadside assistance. Diamond S was called by my insurance and responded within 20 minutes of the call. Sean was the tech that helped my wife. She raved about Sean's demeanor, his professionalism. He was able to change the tire using the donut spare which needed air and he filled it to the proper pressure for her. My wife was up and running within a half hour. Less than 60 minutes from call to back on the road. We highly recommend Sean and the good folks at Diamond S, for towing and roadside assistance needs in Boise area.
Great company! Honest company. They were prompt in picking up my car. John was polite and friendly. After picking up my car from the dealership I realized my tow cover was missing. The dealership immediately accused the tow company of losing it. I spoke with Sean, super nice, and he sent me photos of the vehicle being delivered to the dealership fully INTACT! But even though he was not responsible he offered to make it right. Fortunately the dealership fessed up and took care of it. I highly recommend these guys! They will take care of you!
