I went to Laura at Dietetic Directions seeking help to lower my cholesterol levels. In a very relaxed and professional manner Laura clarified the issues I needed to address. She simplified my approach to daily eating, menu planning, cooking and grocery shopping. We even discussed how I could make better choices when eating out. At the end of each session, Laura sent a follow-up email that outlined everything discussed and included links to resources and recipes. I like to cook and the new recipes, readily available on the Dietetic Directions website, helped me incorporate new foods into my diet.
In three months, using Laura’s clearcut, easy to follow advice, I was able to reduce my cholesterol to acceptable levels. Going forward, I believe I have the tools and basic knowledge to continue along this path. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend Laura and the Dietetic Directions experience to others.
