If I could give zero stars, I would. From start to finish, my experience with this company was a disaster. The salesman was beyond rude—he practically strong-armed me into the deal, making the entire process uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The technicians were no better. They looked completely lost and had no clue what they were doing. I had to force them to even inspect the issues I was concerned about—something that should have been their job in the first place! Their incompetence was alarming, and it made me seriously question the quality of their work.

To top it all off, their contract includes a non-disparagement clause, which is absolutely ridiculous. A company that delivers great service wouldn’t need to silence customers from speaking the truth. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.

Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I wish I had.
