GO ELSEWHERE! This used to be a fantastic place with a very good orthodontist and great staff. I had 1 child who went there then, and then brought my 2nd there. However it has SERIOUSLY deteriorated - to the point that I've pulled my 2nd child from there. There are now rotating doctors who have to always catch up and change the plans completely every few mths. The staff are clearly not satisfied either - to the point where they are passive aggressive. I'm not talking one occurrence but multiple. It's no longer a personalized experience. It's a cog in a large wheel of business. GO ELSEWHERE
