Dynamic Roofing and Exteriors (2020 ) March 17, 2022, we had several 3rd party contractors review the Dynamic roofing job and provide feedback. The consensus was this roofing job was a complete mismanaged disaster and perhaps the worst workmanship that they have ever seen. For example, the roof trusses installed upside down, no vapor barrier and all the flat roof materials installed completely wrong. Management originally admitted the failure, then said sub-contractor insurance would cover it and now denies all responsibility. Dynamic still refuses to return $10k deposit and compensate for the $50,000 plus damages, rebuild and repair of the house.
