DZ Roofing installed Certainteed Landmark 30 Year Shingles on my home in Pasadena, TX 77505 on March 26, 2024.
Abel Diaz provided a proposal for the replacement of my 23 years old roof. His price was great for the job. We accepted the proposal and started the process. Able said that he would be able to start and finish the job on the next Tuesday. He requested a building permit and scheduled an inspection as required for the work being done. All of the landscape was covered with blue tarps to protect my lawn and landscaping. All of the roofing was installed, and the roof jacks and metal drip edge were replaced. Everything was approved by the City of Pasadena, TX. Silver Diaz replaced the fireplace flashing and sealed it to prevent any leaks around the base of the fireplace.
The crew of 7 cleaned up all of the old roofing without damaging any of the landscaping. They swept over the lawn and driveway with a magnet for any roofing nails.
We were very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism shown by the whole crew.
The finished roof looks beautiful.
