They didn’t seem to really know what they were doing. I had thought when we paid them $400 that they would continue to come until the problem is gone. They have been three times and the mice have just moved to different locations, deep in the wall, scratching. The last time they came I understood that they didn’t want to come back again. Also they would say they would do something, like check the poison traps, but they didn’t do what they said they would.

Great people. Did what they were supposed to do and are very knowledgeable. They did 2 of my properties and I couldn’t be more happier with the result
