Came here to get services done by a stylist that was available or so I was told, long story short I was lectured about how the “said stylist” was running behind because of MY services. I left the salon feeling forced to leave due to the fact that I was being blamed for the stylist running behind. I left with hair dye on my forehead, my shirt ruined & in tears. No apology or any care given by Amanda and the manager, Jennifer. (My spouse tried to speak to Jennifer regarding Amanda and the drama and gossip that occurred while I was left sitting with my hair full of dye in the wash bowl area.) Jennifer couldn’t care less. I left with my hair soaking wet and was charged $190. I did not get a full service as they claimed I did. I did not feel welcomed after I was lectured. I felt forced to leave after being told I was the MAIN cause for Amanda running late and I should have known better since my hair used extra color. I have been coming here for four years and my main stylist is used to my hair and all that it entails, she does my hair treatment according to my history and never an issue with her. The other stylist while standing next to Amanda continues to degrade me and stated my husband also should have known better too. I felt as I was being talked down to like a child. I did not get my hair conditioned nor styled, and this salon charged my card when I was not even consulted by Amanda for all these services she supposedly did extra on. Jennifer told my spouse they felt the services they conducted deserved pay and it was my fault for leaving. I have been going here for four years no issues… now Amanda today with another stylist decides to stand over me while I am laying down over the rinse bowl hair covered in dye, unable to move, & accuse me of making Amanda late because she was doing all these “extras” & that I WAS indeed extra. My husband called on behalf of me since he made the original appointment. He was told that there was nothing they could do to fix the situation. He spoke to Jennifer who did not once act sorry or even attempt to apologize or even try to make this situation right. He was informed it was my fault that my hair was the way it was, I chose to leave and they weren’t going to do anything to rectify the situation. Amanda did servicing however she did not consult with me price wise, had she I wouldn’t have agreed to anything costing almost 200.00 today. I have never paid this much, and if I ever did in the past close to this amount, it was agreed upon. I wasn’t even given the common courtesy to go over pricing beforehand. My husband was on hold several times and also hung up on as well by Jennifer trying to discuss today and this disgusting situation. Jennifer informed him finally they did no wrong and Amanda with her mannerisms towards me was deemed acceptable on their end. I’m contacting BBB & bank which is really unfortunate since I went to this salon for four years since moving out here and this is how Amanda and her co worker decided to treat me today. Jennifer, Amanda and lastly the other stylist that decided to corner me at the color bowl today, you ALL should be ashamed of yourselves. I came here for years, tipped and was always professional and respectful. How dare you all for treating me like a dog and tag teaming to lecture me and make me feel I was not welcomed then charge for services not completely done then have the audacity to say it was MY fault I left. You didn’t consult me on pricing either PRIOR. THAT IS theft, fraud and deceit. Would you stay after being told you were the MAIN cause for a stylist’s schedule running behind? It felt like Amanda wanted me to leave and didn’t want to service my hair in the first place. So this was how she knew to get me to leave. Do not go to Amanda for any hair or service, or waste your time trying to speak to Jennifer when Amanda decides she’s had enough of you. I am prior military & I work in healthcare. I would have been fired had I ever treated someone like this. Also your business violated code. Violation of TN Code: 4718126.

No one takes responsibility for their mannerisms and behavior here towards customers in general and makes up lies to make it seem like the customer is wrong when in fact lack of communication is clearly the problem here. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human. This place isn’t it.
