Eicon Property Management Inc. has been taking care of our condominium corporation for over 2.5 years now. As with any change over, there are hurdles and road blocks to over come. These were tackled head on and resolved quickly. Jeff Eidt, owner, is our property manager and conducts himself with a level of professionalism that is unmatched. The staff in the office is kind and courteous. Response to inquiries is handled in a timely manner. The new accounting system is easy to learn and to work with. As a Board member, it is imperative to have a good accountant and an auditor assigned to the corporation, which we have through Eicon. All in all I would highly recommend this property management company.
