We spent a very emotional day saying goodbye to an old friend, our globe willow of 14 years. I called Jacob Thursday, and he visited us 2 days later. With the compassion and "beside manner" of the best tree surgeons, Jacob explained the vascular systems of dying trees, and helped convince me that my tree was gone. Very unexpectedly, Jacob told me he was already on my side of town and could take my willow down for me today, and replant if I could acquire a replacement. I'll leave a review for Sierra Vista Growers nursery later, but it was like everything conspiring to make my really bad day so much better. Jacob and his team were phenomenal. They quickly took my willow, Charlotte, down, ground out the stump area, and patiently waited for us to bring Charlie, our new Chinese Pistache to her new home. El Paso Arborists is our new home for all things plant and tree related. Thank you, Jacob, and your very professional team, for making a very emotional day so much more bearable for us! You are the absolute best!
