They were fast to come out when I called for service the fee for coming out was reasonable, I wanna say it took less than 3 hours. The repairman didn't speak English well and it was very hard to understand, which made it hard to communicate. He charge $300 to replace the sensor and was trying to get us to replace our whole unit for almost $1200 yes, that is correct $1200. We did get him to replace the sensor and 2 days later we experienced the same problem. Now it will take a day or 2 to get the repairman to come out. The repairman then text me with a video giving me instructions on how to fix the problem. I told him that I will not be trying to repair anything. The next day when he comes out, he goes and wiggle the wire where he cut the wire to the old sensor and replaced the bottom half with new sensor he put up the day before, instead of replacing the wire, attached to the sensor, which is what we paid for and let me say he did a very poor job of attaching the wire...pictures will show exactly...I called to complain, no one ever called to ask about my complaint...I ended going to Home Depot purchasing a brand new unit with wifi and Google Assistance with installation for under $500
