DO NOT go with this company. They 1st told me the issue was with the motor in the opener (although you can hear the motor running just fine, sounding the same as always). Trying to sell me a new 3/4 hp Garage door opener with a 5 year warranty for $1500. After I said I couldn't afford it right now they offered me a cheaper option with a 1/2 hp one with a 2 year warranty for $900. After I still said I couldn't afford it he offered me a third option o fix my existing unit for $300 with no warranty. I agreed and he proceeded to play with the button and sprayed WD-40 along the screw that turns to open the door and it started magically working. They also agree to give us a 5% discount for my wife being a teacher if we went with one of the 1st two options but after getting it working I asked about the 5% discount and was told that repair didn't qualify for the 5% discount.
