I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ridder. She was unprofessional with her staff, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment. During my procedure, she was aggressive when administering the anesthetic and yelled at me to open my mouth, despite me expressing my dental anxiety. She rushed through the extraction, struggled for a long time, and ultimately punctured my sinus floor. No breaks were given, and the entire experience felt rushed and careless.

The only positive was the kind and understanding assistant, who showed true compassion. However, I would never return to this office—especially not to see Dr. Ridder. Avoid this place at all costs.
