This is my second time of physical therapy with Empower. My first time from an accident and this time for my total knee replacement surgery. I have had a chance to work with all of them during both times. This time, Kristina and Lyndsey did most of my sessions, and I must say, I was super impressed and satisfied with the results in just 8 weeks (2 months) of physical therapy. Today was my last session, and after doing my evaluation exercises, Lindsey told me that I "passed with flying colors." I would also like to acknowledge their awesome and hard-working assistants, Andrew and Xavier, especially Andrew which I worked with a lot. My advice for future patients: Listen to their advice/suggestions and do your part at home. This will help speed up your recovery period. I highly recommend Empower!
