I called Excalibur Overhead Garage Repair July 23rd because my garage door opener wasn’t working. They quoted a service fee of $45 and had one of their technicians come out to inspect it. He was very nice and informative. Turns out I needed to have it replaced because the motor burned out being it was over 15 years old. He replaced the overhead opener with a new one. Great right? Well he didn’t install the inside push button door control which comes with the new unit as a safety measure. I’ve called four times about the missing door control since installation and was brushed off each time. They just hung up on me. I paid for a new garage door opener and they failed to install all the components that came with this system. It’s been three weeks and still no response. I didn’t get what I paid for. Total price for new opener and installation - $600. I would question their ethics on service. I would be very wary of using them to repair your garage door. BUYER BEWARE.
