Joe Mickson has taken care of our plumbing situations for the past few years. He has taken care of dripping faucets to nasty sump pumps that have had a mind of their own. Always a gentleman, friendly and kind, timely and thorough! Thanks Joe

We have previously used this company for plumbing services at our home and been satisfied. However, a recent experience in which I contracted this company to fix a leak at a pipe junction under a sink (not in a wall) at my business left me frustrated, upset, and very dissatisfied with this company. The plumber was "working" cutting pipes and doing this and that for 4 hours and was unable to resolve the issue. He claimed it was because the water would not shut off all the way so his solder could not get hot enough. I ended up being charged over $600 for him to place a ball valve to turn the water off. When I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and suggested a solution of coming to perform a quick solder now that the water has been off for weeks, their response was that they would need to charge me another $200-300 or more to resolve the issue! I declined further services from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone for plumbing or other services as I do not feel they do quality work.
