Travis, the owner, is a nice gentleman. He provided a quote to landscape my entire backyard from dirt. Very, very pricey $30k. Some of the PROMISES were not kept and upset me to this day. I had a deck built (a sub-contractor was used). The deck is nice. The step up to the deck is horrible. It is not to code and is too small. I told Travis the step needs to be rebuilt. He ordered new wood; said it arrived and I never heard from him again on that issue. After watching my mom almost fall to her face, I am fuming. His crew built up a two layer cinderblock flower bed. They filled it to the top with dirt and bark. The first nice wind that came along scattered all the dirt and bark everwhere making a mess and a lot of clean up for me. I had to buy more blocks myself and make another layer on my own money. Many of the plants died within the first year warranty. They were replaced and then died as well. He put in 3 nice slender trees in one area. One of them died 3 times within first year. He just gave up and never did a thing for me on that issue. I also notice that his "awards" showing his company as "Best in ABQ" are now from 2017 and later. Nothing newer. PS - DO NOT EVER LET A CONTRACTOR/SUB-CONTRACTOR in your home if you are alone. NEVER EVER!!
