Having lost a key for a door lock, I called & asked the cost of having it rekeyed. I was told it was cheaper to just buy a new one, and if I need help installing it - I could call back & he would help me over the phone. Now that’s what I call service, he didn’t get any monitary reward, but he definitely got a future customer. He said I should be able to do it myself, and I did! His manner was bright, thoughtful, & helpful. Sorry I didn’t get his name, but he is one delightful man. Thank you
