Beware - shady. I was told earlier in the year that if I buy more minutes than I needed at the time that they don’t expire and I can use them next time. Well 10 months later, they can’t find my account or my hours left over (and there were more than half of what I paid leftover). The staff didn’t care and the manager is “away” so I can’t contact them. I was even accused of being mistaken that I had ever been there because I don’t have an account. I relayed that I wasn’t mistaken. I know 100% it was here and I definitely had hours leftover. She said you can just start a new account and buy more hours. That is definitely shady practise. Be very aware before you buy more hours that you need or go elsewhere.
