Family Pet Hospital

I would like to thank the staff of Family Pet Hospital in taking care of my injured cat Missy. Even though the injury required surgery the Veterinarian kept me up to date as the day progressed on the condition up to the decision to operate. The friendly staff and medical team was exceptional. Costs were lower than average for injury to pet. Highly recommend this location for pet care.

Have been coming to FAMILY PET HOSPITAL SINCE 2010***, and attended to by DR GREWAL, whom I speak highly of... Had an ujnfortunate experience while picking up the drugs for my chihuahua. I called into the office in A.M and was told the drugs would be there, I questioned in my mind as the receptionist at the other end, doubtful/EVASIVE, again I questioned her as to how much quantity was on hand with drug...I appeared AUG 5th 2024 @ 1320 and was met with a somewhat rude/inexperienced person wearing light outfit, who questioned me as to my calling in as IT DID NOT SHOW UP ON SCREEN !!!! . A good 5 minutes to double check her screen and again could not find my earlier call. She then proceeded to ASK FOR MY CREDIT CARD AND PUT IT THROUGH ***BEFORE*** SHE GOT THE SAID DRUGS AS ABOVE !!!!! I PAID ***ONLY*** to FIND I WAS OVERCHARGED !!!!!.... The gal beside her with braids ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE ERROR. THE FIRST GAL THEN DISAPPEARED IN A HURRY/DIONNE....I TOOK THE DRUGS ASIDE AND PROCEEDED TO DO MY OWN CALCULATIONS ONLY TO FIND THE $$$ERROR$$$ WAS NOT*** FIXED.....I AGAIn, went back to the desk and had the pigtail gal FI|NALLY RECTIFIED....The gal sitting beside the pigtail who by the way entered her name on the receipt as FAM|ILY HOSP AND NOT HER OWN NAME.....The gal sitting beside her with FRIZZY HAIR SPOKE UP IN HER DEFENSE.......I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH DR GREWAL AND WAS TOLD< NOT AVAILABLE......I ASK YOU, WHY HAVE INEXPERIENCED PERSONNEL AT THE FRONT DESK, |OBVIOUS THEY ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE COMPUTER AND DETAILS OF......MY CHART CLEARLY STATES IN BLACK AND WHITE WHAT MY MONTHLY BILL IS WITH THE TWO DRUGS GABAPENTIN &&& TRAMADOL.... IT IS THE ***PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER THAT COUNTS ***.... Is is that they become TOOOO FAMILIAR AND LAX ??? ...I, again a client since 2010.... I have every right to call them when an entry is not right and if they felt put out, TOO BAD.....TOO MANY PERSONS OUT THERE THAT ARE** COMPETENT, THE STAFF FORGET THAT THEY CAN BE REPLACED......TAKE THEM ASIDE AND REMIND OF... THANKYOU FOR HEARING ME !! .....THE OLD SAYING OF.......THE FRONT DESK REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE OFFICE AND SO TRUE...FOOD FOR THOUGHT..... IF THE TABLES WERE TURNED THEY TOO WOULD SPEAK UP.
