A little frustrated with your follow up service - brought my daughters car in for a window repair - the window was stuck in down position. Scheduled an appointment and took it in to get fixed - which you did. Paid at least a few hundred dollars to have this done. Not 30 days later the window again failed to go back up and was stuck in the down position. Called to book a follow up - considering that the initial work was done here. Couldn't get in to see you for at least 21 days (which I understand); however when I explained that as a young woman it isn't the safest for her (she is a university student who is not from Victoria) you offered no suggestions or not even a chance to look at the window, which you had previously fixed and been paid for. When I said that I would be forced to take it elsewhere if you couldn't get the car in you didn't bat an eye - Sort of crappy as you had done the initial work and basically we were back at square one with a window that will not go up. Perhaps a recommendation to another garage? A favour to look at it after hours?? Or even some sort of refund or reimbursement?? Can't say that I will be back now - and you came recommended by a local.
