I have used FINKLE for years. Costly but good quality. This time was disaster. Mistakes are made but even though they acknowledged they made an assumption they shouldn’t have made they would do nothing whatsoever about it. When I bought under the counter lights they came and measures. They saw my cabinets. When they showed me the lights I changed my mind because they are very unattractive they showed me theirs stating the fixtures don’t show.
They showed indeed because they don’t install the trim guard they showed me and stayed “ see you don’t even see the fixtures”. They said they assumed my cabinets were the same as theirs. They knew they weren’t. They came to the house to measure.
Their assumption cost large and now the lights have to be removed. They would do nothing at all to help me. What a huge loss and dissappointment
