I've been getting my braces done here for 3 years, and overall, my experience has been great and awesome. Everyone has been very friendly and nice, except for the new receptionist. I consistently feel unwelcome and find that she makes things more difficult to me. I've broken my braces many times, a lot in the past, but the previous receptionist was always helpful and made the process as easy as possible, and they been gentlest explain to me. I just wait to write down my recently feeling. Thanks for listening.
