Do not come here to get your car fixed because it was a major inconvenience!! The customer service was awful with the exception of the nice lady at the front desk who was Maraja she was very accommodating and professional. The other woman Sinahi Sandoval behind Maraja was rude and condescending towards my mother and I after being informed the car is available for pickup and told to come back later after we already arrived.
The auto place loss my license plates claiming it was trash because it was placed in my drivers seat in an envelope without considering the important things in the envelope and loss my wheel locks without my knowledge and proceeded to claim they didn't have either my license plates and wheel locks. Very unprofessional behavior from Sinahi and my car was rushed and poorly washed as a result after the service was completed. Please do better in treating every customer with respect and proper communication about the property placed in the customers vehicle.
