Flourish Salon & Medi Spa

I went to Tiffany just over a month ago now for a over all bleach blonde hair colour. I initially booked a consultation to confirm that this would be something she could/would do and she agreed no problem and confirmed that she heard me so we went ahead and booked the appointment for the following week.
Again, prior to her beginning the colour, I again confirmed that we would be doing an over all bleach blonde and she said yes. However, during the process I noticed she was doing only foils so objected half way through and still Tiffany said that she was doing as I had requested 3 times prior. At the end and after the blow dry, we both agreed that she did NOT do as I had asked and she had promised and instead, my hair looked the exact same as prior to which I have before and after photos to prove. She apologized and admitted that she did not listen to me but still proceeded to charge me a $150 dollars for products that she used. When I went home it did not sit right with me and so I asked that she call me and not once has she called me since. Instead she had her assistant lie to me over the phone and say she would not be free ever to call me and when she finally promised a date that she would call back she never did. I said I'd have to take this higher up since Tiffany is the owner and she then sent an email now two weeks later saying her rational for not reimbursing me is because I made threats to call the Better Business Bureau.
I think it's a sad reflection of what's happening with business owners that they can do exactly as you specified for them not to do, make no change to your hair whatsoever and yet still somehow justify charging you a $150 dollars. If this is Tiffany's business ethics I would be very weary of her greed and any endeavors with Flourish Spa in Lindsay. I have called the BBB who will be addressing the reimbursement issue as in this line of business, communication is of the upmost importance and our voices as customers should be heard.
