I took my 2 dogs to this salon today. I explained my female dog is anxious at the groomer, and the ladies seemed very kind and understanding. My appointment was 330, and I picked up my dogs shortly after 530. When I picked them up they told me they had some minor issues with Molly and weren't able to do much around her paws or ears. She also said they weren't able to fully dry either dog. The space in the front of the salon is small, and I couldn't get a good look at them, but my golden looked reasonably groomed. I was charged 293 for both dogs(one 45lbs and the other 90lbs). When I got home and was able to look at Molly I noticed she still had matted fur on her hind legs and her ears weren't touched at all. She doesn't look like she was groomed, and neither dogs nails were trimmed(I was under the impression that it was a full groom). my husband tried calling and didn't get an answer, so sent her a text. The response was extremely unprofessional.
"Hello...your dogs were very anxious / aggressive and took so much extra time that I had to cancel the client following your dogs. I will not be discussing this any further and I will ask that you find a new groomer. Thanks".
None of this was said to me while I was there, she in fact asked me to leave a review and discussed the next time she would be grooming them. It isn't unreasonable for us to question why we were charged over 100 dollars for a dog that wasn't groomed. If she had any issues she should of mentioned them when I was there picking them up. I am amazed at this level of unprofessionalism. Running your own grooming business means fielding questions from your clients and not immediately blaming the dog. Molly isb7 years old and we have NEVER had an issue with her previous groomer.Yes she anxious, but they were always able to finish the job. I realize that I could of questioned the quality of the grooming before paying, but it was almost impossible to get a good look in the salon. If you are looking for a new groomer I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Cheryl did an amazing job with our puppy. Her shop was clean and spotless!
The person that review above is a liar! I do not like when people go out of their way to put others down, and attempt to put them out of business.

You're almost done!
