This was the worst experience I have ever had with a facial. As an Aesthetician for almost 20 years, I would never leave my client alone in a room. When I was steaming them with their enzyme, I would give them a hand massage. Besides, what if they had an extreme reaction?
This aesthetician literally left the room and the steamer shut off and I was sitting there, like what... Who does that? When Lucy was there, I had a membership and never experienced anything like this. She was attentive and made sure she was providing the best service she could. With this treatment, I literally waited, got frustrated, then got up, put my clothes on and went to the front desk where there were several technicians standing around. And I’m not saying 2-4, it was several. I provide this service for many people and don’t understand what she was thinking.
I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, because we are human and we all make mistakes. But the more I thought about it, Fushsia needs to know about it.
So I did call the location and the Manager answered. She apologized and was very professional about it. She said they had a large party come in and it caused some confusion, so the technician had to come to the front desk to clarify. But she did not leave for a few seconds. She left for several minutes. The manager also said that they had new trainees and that was why there were several people at the front desk. I think that is a poor excuse. Training should not happen when you have a bunch of clients there. People plan their work and personal schedule around these treatments.
I was very disappointed and expressed so. She did offer to have me go to the Dana location to get another facial from a different technician, but I said no. I explained that I go to Ahwatukee because it’s very close to my workplace. Not no more…
