The boss of this company needs to wise up. I live next to a community center and they keep renting to teenagers who use it as a club which they play there music real real loud until 3 am. We call the cops, security and nothing at all. This has become a nightmare to us all who live near the community center. Stop this nonsense now...

So they fired Sean the best thing that ever happened to that company and guess what they still rent it to teenagers that use it as a club. As I am writing this the music is blasting beyond concert levels my son can't sleep and the boss is beyond money hungry I mean renting to teenagers is beyond mind blowing.

To the boss I will erase all of this if you stop renting to kids and stop making a community center into a club. This place is residential not industrial and FFS tell these kids to go an actual club.

Oh and all the positives review are his friends or coerced to write a positive one

They are incredibly deluded Samurai, Roger Abdallah refuses to handle the situation and said he is closing the case on only one email I wrote. Is that managers??? He and the condo association members protect Craig Hasilo who is disrespectful and has no manners. How can he think he can have all hell break loose on people living below them. Craig Hasilo and his wife respect nobody live on top of others with their two totally unruly kids and Craig Hasilo and his wife not only attacked me in the garage with two of their adult friends because I requested they stop the incredible continual noise. They say they don’t care, they are having a life and at all times of the day and night bang and jump and run and make all kinds of heavy duty noises. At 3 am, 6 am and continually harass me. I am an elderly lady, it is elderly abuse. On Sundays I can’t even spend the day in my condo, it is impossible.
If I complain they make the racket even more. Samurai, as did the last managers refused to do anything and they protect Hasilo because he gardens, takes out the garbage and does chores. They make him part of the association. The other association members also protect him. Is this a mafia??? Where are my rights? Where do they invent that they are allowed to do that?? It is illegal and ugly.

They need to install thick carpets. I will take them to court and I have witnesses that have run out it is so bad.

The Government has a new program to protect the elderly in condos against here things. I am also contacting TV STATIONS AND NEWSPAPERS.

Who in their right mind will allow a family with retarded overactive children to live on top of others and disturb them so badly.

My heart beat too fast and I cannot be submitted to these conditions.
