The customer service appeared good at first. However, the foot scrub and massages sucked. Also, its freezing in the front area with no heat. The person who did my massage was terrible. They barely touch your skin. However, they had no problem touching when it comes to the leg lifting during the massage, it was borderline inappropriate. No sheet in between your legs to cover the genital area and your leg lifted up and spread out. I didnt like it. I wouldnt come back….
