FXXK this place. Avoid this office and read the negative reviews first!
I called to schedule my appointment on Wednesday for today, 5/10 @ 8am. I arrived by 8:08am and the receptionist didn't tell me at first, but basically my appointment was never scheduled when I called. She kept trying to find me in their system and asked if I was a new patient lol
So when she finally found me she made an appt for 8:15am and I found because they send texts out. So I was really annoyed at that point. I waited about 35 mins to be seen. When I get called in I get taken to the room and I sit down and the assistant or dentist says that I was recommended a deep cleaning and I said "yes, I know that and when I scheduled my appointment I made it clear I couldn't afford a deep cleaning at the moment so I wanted a regular for now and they said okay" and then she continues by saying that they couldn't do it that it had to be a deep cleaning lol and I said they couldn't tell me that over the phone instead of wasting my damn time?! And I stormed out because I had lost it at that point. HORRIBLE dental office I've ever been too and I will never be back. And I'm going to keep track of my insurance billing to make sure they did not bill anything after this.
And not to mention this is the SECOND time they waste my time like this. Look elsewhere!
