Our experience (non profit building) with the wonderful crew of plumbers surpassed expectations. They were personable, kind, willing to explain what they were doing, were really efficient and effective with their work. We were grateful to get our burst main waterline fixed and to watch the steady completion and knowledge of the crew. It was a complicated case!! The head plumber knew all the ins and outs with the City of Vancouver. As a 79 year old woman, I really welcomed their ability to accomodate my need to know, step by step, what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. The quote didn't expand even after encountering a twist in the way forward. Thank you so much. We highly recommend.
